La Plaza Delaware invites entrepreneurs, community leaders, allies, and partner organizations to a night of recognition and connection. Throughout the year, La Plaza empowers Latino entrepreneurs through workshops, classes, and programs that strengthen their businesses. Once a year, we gather to honor their achievements and celebrate their lasting impact on Delaware’s economy and communities.

Guests will enjoy a red-carpet entrance, live music, cultural performances, and a starry night atmosphere designed to celebrate excellence and heritage.
